[edit] Puzzle No.1 : An eye for detail : October 3rd 2008
Do you have a good eye for detail? Most of us stare at this image, each and every every day, sometimes for several hours at one sitting. How many things can you spot are wrong with this screen shot?

How to count: A closely related set of differences, or a repeated identical difference, typically counts as a single instance. So if in any doubt you can usually assume it counts for one (not two or three).
What doesn't count: Certain commonly quoted things do not count:
- The missing bottom panels (status panel, chat-area etc)
- the general "poor play" and overdrawn hand

[edit] Puzzle No.2 : The TTR metro maze : January 7th 2009
In DoW-land there is of course a Metro (see map link below) and, needless to say, this Metro has five lines (red, blue, green, yellow, black). On normal days the metro trains stop every stop, so to get from your home to the DoW office (illustrated) you travel four stops east on the green-line (to junction H) and then three stops north on the blue line. Today however the mayor has declared an economy drive and all trains stop every third station (all stations are still served because three trains run on each line).
One option for your journey is thus six stops on the green line (to N) then three stops on the yellow line (to B) and then to walk the last mile.
But you are sure there must be a route door-to-door. What is it?

- The TTR carriages are entirely decorative. Count the stations not the carriages.
- For a souvenir copy of this maze - buy the current issue of GAMES magazine in the USA (March 2009 issue). It's on the cover.
- Solution will be published here around the end of Jan 2009.
